Vol.1 Ochiai Hotaru no kai reported by Akemi, kimono dresser&stylist.

On October 21nd and 22rd , I joined an event called “The Ochiai Hotaru 10th Stamp Rally ” held in Ochiai, Shinjuku.

This event is held in this area to introduce and show to participants the kimono dyeing techniques directly at craft centers. All participants get stamps from the places they visit.

The first place I visited was “Some no Sato Futabaen”. Shinjuku ward officially designated them as “The Shinjuku mini-museum” . There are galleries and shops next to the workstations on 1F and the exhibition space on the 2F.
